i am not 100% sure how it works either - but it almost seems like these top 7 players cannot be droppedi dont think anil kumble or ganguly have any place in that top tier ... i am not sure harbhajan has a shot either ... but i suppose they just did that to fill in the ranks and perhaps please all boards (have representation from N/S/W/E!)
